The Charter Institute's goal is to create Better Futures for teachers and leaders, within our Trust and across the broader educational system.
The Charter Institute serves as the Trust's hub for learning and professional growth.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to all staff members in their development journey, through running training programmes, co-ordinating subject networks, hosting webinars, curating informative blogs and articles, showcasing best practice videos, and collaborating with our valued partners.

Our core structure
Our Institute leads and coordinates a range of partnerships from Teaching School Hubs through to Flexible Working initiatives and our EEF Research School. Each partnership has a different remit, funding and team. Across all our work we are aligned in our values and the Institute supports our coordinated approach.
