Our approach to building School Improvement Capacity:
To achieve our vision together as a family of schools, we have an agreed set of guiding principles to help us be better together than we are as individual schools.
These shared principles are for all schools at every point of their improvement journey, and are based on our values.
We call these shared principles our Charter for Excellence.
The Charter for Excellence outlines our current decisions about what is best provided centrally and standardised across the Trust and what is best personalised by each school.
