• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and implement lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils, ensuring every child is engaged and challenged.

• Create a Stimulating and Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster an atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and inspired to learn.

• Collaborate Effectively with Colleagues: Work seamlessly with fellow staff members to plan and co-ordinate school activities, enhancing the overall learning experience.

• Assess, Record and Report on Pupil Progress: Monitor, evaluate and communicate pupils’ development, progress and attainment effectively.

• Embrace and Support School Ethos and Values: Contribute positively to the Dulwich Hamlet Junior School community, upholding its ethos and values.
