Careers Lead

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, well-qualified and skilled Careers Lead to join our welcoming, successful and growing school. The role leads the school’s Careers Program, overseeing and delivering the careers work to ensure the effective impact for students in their academic success, career aspirations and future destinations. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and aspirational development of students and is suitable for those with significant patrol experience in schools. The position begins in January 2025 or as soon as possible.

- Is a skilled, versatile and dynamic leader with a passion for delivering excellent careers provision to students across Years 7 to 13. - Is able to lead and plan the careers programme with vision, dedication and care. - Consistently models excellent practice and has students' progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation - Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.
