School Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a professional, positive and skilled Receptionist to join our welcoming, successful and growing school, starting as soon as possible. The School Receptionist has responsibility for developing strong, positive stakeholder communications through a welcoming and efficient front of house provision. As we open our new buildings in September 2025 including our new reception area this is an exciting time to join the team.

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Is a skilled, versatile and hard working staff member with a passion for delivering an excellent front of house provision in a large, busy school.
  • Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation.
  • Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.
  • Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider administration team.
