About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a driven, motivation and skilled Assistant Headteacher to join our welcoming, successful and growing school, starting in September 2025. The Assistant Headteacher Student Culture has strategic leadership and implementation oversight of Student Culture across Key stages 3 to 5. This is an exciting opportunity to drive, lead, and quality assure the impact of staff work on Pastoral Programmes and Behaviour as part of a dynamic and passionate senior leadership team.

- Is a skilled, versatile and driven senior leader with a passion for delivering an excellent student behavior, belonging and culture across a large, busy, diverse school. - Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation - Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation. - Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider Senior Leadership team.
