Assistant Senior Pastoral Manager

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, well-qualified and skilled Assistant Senior Pastoral Manager to join our welcoming, successful and growing school. The role oversees and leads the Pastoral Manager team across Years 7 to 13, working closely with Year leaders and the Senior Leadership team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social development of students and is suitable for those with significant pastoral experience in schools. The position begins in April 2025 or sooner if possible.

- Is a skilled, versatile and dynamic leader with a passion for delivering excellent pastoral provision to students across Years 7 to 11. - Is able to lead a fast-paced and wide-reaching pastoral team with vision, dedication and care. - Consistently models excellent practice and has students' progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation - Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation. - Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider year groups teams
