Ally has been the Headteacher of The Belham Primary School since September 2023, having joined the school when it first opened its doors in 2015. She has held various posts around EYFS, organisational management, assessment and CPD.  She was previously the Deputy Headteacher, prior to taking on the Headship.

Starting her career in the Early Years led to her being asked to support The Belham in it’s opening with Reception and Year 1. Having also taught and led across the age range, her experience has led to her to being able to lead with work with other schools through the Trust and externally to enable the sharing of best practice and strive towards a better future for children and young people.

Ally completed her NPQH in 2022-23 and currently supports the Charles Dickens Research School as an ELE, also facilitating sessions for the EEF and London South Teaching School as ECF Lead Facilitator for Southwark South.
