Pastoral Manager - Sixth Form

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a number of enthusiastic, well-qualified and skilled Pastoral Managers (Sixth Form) to join our welcoming, successful and growing school. These roles are suitable for those interested in supporting young people in their educational journey and there are positions available with year groups in Key stages 3, 4 and 5. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social development of students. The positions begin in October 2024.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a colleague who: - Is a skilled, versatile and hardworking colleague with a passion for delivering excellent pastoral provision to students across KS5. - Consistently models excellent practice and has students' progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation - Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation. - Is keen to work collaboratively with the wider year lead and teaching teams to support students..
