Mark is the Head of School at The Charter School North Dulwich and has worked at the school since 2014, firstly as an Assistant Headteacher and then Deputy Headteacher responsible for curriculum and assessment.

Mark has led changes to curriculum, assessment, and finance at the school and most recently oversaw the teacher assessed grades process for summer 2021.

Mark is involved with Future Leaders and the Ambition Institute, developing school leaders to improve the outcomes and opportunities for disadvantaged pupils.
