My experience

During my seven years in senior leadership, I have developed expertise in the management of change. This includes the recruitment and building of new teams from scratch, designing the curriculum and the implementation of systems from infrastructure to the classroom.

One of my key areas of expertise, is in outreach and parental engagement work undertaken to bring new school communities together.
